Why is there no Big Event on my account?

To access Big Events, you must first complete the current novice Event located in the upper right corner of the main screen. Once you pass this Event (or the time to complete it expires), you will have access to all subsequent Big Events according to the in-game schedule.

Please note that if you have completed a novice Event but the Big Event has not appeared for you, you may have completed the event later than the Big Event started. In this case, you will have to wait a little longer and the next Event will start for you on time!

Each Big Event starts on Fridays at 10:00 UTC.
