I didn't receive the reward for the Event

Event Rewards may sometimes experience a slight delay in being distributed to players, with the delay potentially extending up to an hour.

This delay can occur due to various factors within the game system, such as server load or communication issues. In such cases, you may find it necessary to restart the game in order for the Reward message to properly display and be accessible.

Your understanding and patience during this time are greatly appreciated as we work to ensure that all players receive their rewards in a timely manner. 

If more than an hour has passed since the end of the Event, but the reward has not been credited to you, please contact our support service and we will help you.
